Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the LiveLifeBlooming.com website, products, and services, operated by Live Life Blooming, LLC founded by Nancy N. Blackburn (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service or booking Holistic Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Holistic Services Agreement

You understand that the holistic services rendered are intended to enhance relaxation, and offer a positive experience of guided mentoring, meditation, gentle touch, and/or aroma as applicable to the service.

You, the client, are responsible for understanding and knowing any possible contraindications. You understand that holistic services are not a substitute for medical treatment or medications and that it is recommended that you concurrently work with a medical professional for any condition you may have.

You are aware that the holistic service provider does not diagnose illness or disease, does not prescribe medications, and that spinal and muscle manipulations (unless you are receiving a massage treatment) are not part of the therapy.

You are responsible to inform the provider of all your relevant known physical and/or medical conditions, and medications, and keep the provider updated of any changes. You understand that there shall be no liability on the practitioner’s part due to your forgetting to relay any pertinent information.

If you experience any discomfort or pain (physical or otherwise) during the session, you will immediately communicate that to the provider so the treatment can be adjusted.

You understand and agree to abide by the provider/practitioner’s policies and will not hold Live Life Blooming, Nancy N. Blackburn, nor the provider responsible for any personal injury or loss of property.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, phone number, email, and mailing address. You must be over 13 years of age to use this site and if you are under 18 you need permission from a parent or guardian.

You agree that any gain or loss you experience as the result of using our products is at your own risk and is solely your responsibility.

Liability Limitation

You agree that the use of any advice (explicitly or implicitly) given freely or through purchases is for your educational purposes only and your implementation of any or all advice is at your own risk and any and all consequences are solely your responsibility.

Cancelation of Services (You or Us)

We reserve the right to cancel services at any time and without refund should we feel that our safety (emotional, mental, and physical) is at risk because your conduct or behavior is unethical, immoral, or illegal.

If we cancel services outside the bounds of safety reasons you will be refunded a pro-rated refund for services rendered.

Your right to cancel future services

our time and mine are highly valuable commodities! As such, I hold your booked time just for you! When you cancel or reschedule late, or no-show to an appointment, you devalue both of our time. To encourage commitment our important time together and dedication to yourself, I do charge cancelation and no-show fees.*

For single appointments: You may cancel your appointment anytime up to 24 hours beforehand without incurring any fees.

For live coaching programs: as long as it is not within the 24-hour period before your next appointment, you will be refunded a pro-rated rate for future appointments minus a $150 cancellation fee. If canceling within the 24-hour period of your appointment, you will be charged an additional $100 late cancellation fee.

No-shows, late cancellations, and late rescheduled

No-shows, late cancellations (within 24 hours before an appointment), and late reschedules (attempting to reschedule the day of an appointment), will be charged as follows:

  1. For single appointments: Half of the appointment cost or up to a $100 non-refundable no-show fee (whichever is smaller).
  2. For prepaid program appointments, no refund will be issued.

*Exceptions to this charge may be made for extenuating circumstances and will be made on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Digital Programs

Because of the type of access, no full refund will be made for digital access programs. You may cancel within the first week for a 50% refund. After that time, no refund will be made.

Links To Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is considered material, we will try to provide at least 15 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

All updates will be reflected on this webpage and a “last updated” date will also be updated. It is your responsibility to periodically check for updates.
